Overview

When a whole project team needs to work from the same P6 baseline, public course seats are rarely enough. Bespoke and enterprise workshops are tailored to client needs: templates, reporting cycle, role mix and project environment, so engineers, schedulers and PMs leave speaking the same schedule language.

Who it is for

  • Project teams onboarding into a client P6 environment
  • Contractors required to update or report from P6
  • PMOs standardising schedule practice across a program
  • Engineering and project controls teams with mixed P6 capability
  • Organisations preparing for a major schedule update cycle

Prerequisites

  • Pre-training scoping call with PPSS to define roles, templates and outcomes
  • Access to relevant schedule templates or realistic scenario data where tailoring is required
  • Sponsor from project leadership or PMO to align training with live reporting cycles

What you’ll be able to do

  • Align the whole team on how P6 is used on your project or program
  • Standardise update, reporting and review discipline across roles
  • Reduce inconsistent schedule submissions from contractors and engineers
  • Onboard teams into client P6 environments with fewer rework cycles
  • Embed templates and reporting layouts your PMO actually uses
  • Leave with an agreed training record and optional follow-up support plan
